38th Annual Mistletoe Market

Calling all Makers of Fine Arts or Crafts

The 38th Mistletoe Market at the South Haven Center for the Arts is accepting artists and artisan entries!

Opening Preview Day is Friday, November 22nd.
The Mistletoe Market will run November 23rd through December 20th, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY
The 2024 Mistletoe Market Holiday Shop is accepting applications from anyone making original art and crafts. This holiday-based consignment shop transforms the SHCA into a fine art market from Nov. 23rd through Dec. 20th.

We look forward to seeing your uniquely crafted works of art! Fine craft, fine art and artisan goods welcome.

Option One: Be a part of the shop in our gallery – Complete Fee $30

Ideal items for the downstairs gallery:
- Fine craft priced around $25
- Fine art priced at $75-$200

- Stationary and ornaments
- Show will be curated based on variety, media and size of items
- Ideally less than 100 pieces per artists, but depends on item, please consult staff if your have questions.


Option Two: 6x6 foot pop-up shop! – Fee $75 once accepted
Have your own 6x6 foot space in our upstairs gallery– arranged and curated by you.
You will get a 6x6 foot space to arrange with your products that will be for sale for the duration of the market. We will staff and manage sales, market and advertise.

 

Attach 3-5 images at 300 dpi (a print ready file size) to info@southhavenarts.org so that we may use samples in our advertising.

 

The SHCA reserves the right to exclude products that do not fit the Mistletoe Market guidelines.

No buy/sell works permitted.

Artists deliver their work and it is sold through the Market dates.
Artisanal foods may also be entered — please check with us on eligibility of food products.

COMMISSION
Artists retain 65% of their sales & SHCA retains 35% commission. SHCA provides credit card payment, sales, social media, advertising, marketing and gift packaging.

Final deadline is October 31, 2024 with a $30 entry fee. Upstairs pop-up shops will be reviewed as the applications are received until all spaces are filled.
