Mistletoe Market Artists

Chris Smith says "I enjoy making glass art creations for people to enjoy and consider it a huge honor that people spend their hard earned money on something I've made."

Timothy says "We opened Quilters Haven & Unique Michigan Gift Shop in 2020. A few weeks after our grand opening I was offered to sell my photography at the Farmers Market and just completed my 4th season. One thing I learned quickly is that South Haven has no two sunsets alike, and the lighthouse is very photogenic."

Kiki Lyzenga (he/him) is a multidisciplinary artist born and raised in southwest Michigan. He attended Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, where he earned a Bachelor in Fine Arts, as well as a love for sculpture and fiber art. When he's not crocheting, Kiki enjoys long boarding and adoring his cats. He has exhibited works at Trout Museum of Art, Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts, and Jazz Gallery Center for the Arts.

Christy says "I am passionate about nature, cities, travel, and landscape. Colors, line and shape inspire me. Vibrant or subtle, the textures, layers and movement of the city and the natural environment provide sources for my artwork."

South Haven Artist Kellie Terry

Jodi Lynn Burton is a Michigan-based illustrator whose work blends traditional pen-and-ink and watercolor with digital techniques, creating images that feel both timeless and playful. Her illustrations often explore a sense of place, community, and everyday wonder, inviting viewers to see the magic hidden in ordinary moments. Through careful detail and a touch of whimsy, Jodi’s work reflects her belief that art can connect people to stories, memories, and each other.

Noelle Ringer is a ceramicist working out of her studio in Benton Harbor, MI. She obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in ceramics from Western Michigan University in 2016. She shares her love of clay with the community through teaching ceramics classes at Krasl Art Center in Saint Joseph. Noelle is fascinated by blending art history and the natural elements together to create her artwork.

Sarah Rydecki is a South Haven artist and a teaching artist at the South Haven Center for the Arts. See the class schedule for her Mistletoe Market workshops.

Doug Lowe is in both upstairs and downstairs galleries and says "I have been interested in art (especially all forms of sculpture) since early childhood. That interest continued through school and into studies at WMU where I earned my degree. Now I am a retired Art Educator, currently creating assemblagé sculptures."

Emily is a full time artist residing in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has a BFA from Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan and seasonally teaches adult watercolor classes at the Indianapolis Art Center and Generation Art and Frame in Franklin, Indiana. Emily specializes in portraits while also enjoying landscapes, florals, birds, and anything Lake Michigan beach related. Her hope is that her artwork provides resting places to appreciate the beauty of the world around us.

Susan is a member of the SHCA and Berrien Art Guild with a studio at the box factory she will have to exhibit in the pocket gallery next year of her cyanotypes.

Kayla Spratt is an artist from South Haven, Michigan. She has an Associate's Degree in Music Performance for Violin from Lake Michigan College and is a recent graduate in the class of 2023 from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with an Emphasis in Painting.

As a collage and mixed media artist in SW Michigan, Erin finds inspiration in the abundant wasteland of human overconsumption. She looks for beauty in damaged or unwanted pieces, and challenges herself to make creative transformations so that others too can see the beauty that was once lost.

A Mistletoe Market favorite, Candy has Fused glass sun-catchers, nightlights. landscapes and holiday ornaments.

This fiber art collection is created by recycling, and repurposing. Items have a primitive, whimsical style. Texture, color, and just pure fun have entered into these fiber pieces. They are colorful, fun, one-of-a-kind, and whimsical.

Styx is a Professor of art at Southwestern Michigan College and enjoys knitting and creating wearable art. Her newest line of jewelry is vintage inspired using vintage items.

Jackie Baker says "I have been a jewelry maker for nearly 30 years. Each year I try to add a new medium to my booth to keep it fresh. My children also have made much of what we display. The fiber that I'm exhibiting is newer, but I am very interested in recycling materials such as wool sweaters and old quilts. I'm retired and spend most of my time on these projects."

Georgene Ksiazek says "I recently became an artist thanks to the Zoom Zentangle classes from the South Haven Center for the Arts. Drawing has become so calming."

Peggy says "Rocks, glass, and gemstones, including elements of nature, have always been a love of mine, so making jewelry from these items has given me so much pleasure."


Angie Novak is a graduate of Three Oaks River Valley and holds the 2011 Kendall College of Art and Design's Studio Excellence Award, with a BFA in Digital Media: Animation and independent studies in jewelry and metals. In 2013 her "offscreen hobby" became a full blown business and Straight From The Lake was born. She spends her summers showcasing her work at pop up markets and artisan fairs, while advocating for cleaner coastlines.

Hann of the Wood is the artwork of Kalamazoo-based artist/illustrator, Hannah Gregus. Hannah's work ranges from whimsical children’s book illustrations to abstract imaginings, celebrating shape, pattern and color. She paints mostly with watercolor and gouache, but also enjoys experimenting with simple printmaking and fabric dyeing.

Artist Bio: Miranda Skibbe "my quilling journey began in 2018, as a young artist but I finally found my niche. in 2020 my artwork was featured in Michigan Life Magazine and have received many honorable mentions from various art centers in Michigan"

Molly Myers says "My framed pieces are comprised of genuine South Haven beach glass, stones and wood found along the shore, not modified in any way. Many miles of walking and searching were invested in these, as well as hours of loving creativity."


Robin Reba is a local artist inspired by the lakeshore and farm scenes of Southwest Michigan known for genres in watercolor and acrylic.

BrisingDesigns features one of a kind wearable art and accessories. Skylar Bre’z and Jaynee Michaels use reclaimed fabric and textiles in our upcycled designs, creating beauty and sustainability from unique found materials. Every item is special, just like you.

Artist Shirleigh Vinson has been producing unique, hand marbled clothing and accessories for over 30 years. Each article starts out white and with the use of a large vat of carrageenan, acrylic paints and large combs, she works the colors into various patterns that are transferred directly onto the material. Now you can Get Marbled by Shirleigh!

Diana Sterling Munroe has Snowman, Santa’s, Gingerbread and other fabric items in Mistletoe Market.

An artist from Southwest Michigan, Anna likes to travel around the state looking for visual fuel for the next project. You'll find her work by the thick texture, colorful illustrations, and tongue-in-cheek humor. Her nature-inspired artwork can be seen in art fairs, her website, YouTube channel, or at the occasional farmer's market and craft fair. She works from her home studio with her husband and two cats.

Alex is a local leather worker who also works as an EMT for a West Michigan Company. He founded his business to bring back quality affordable leather goods to his community after replacing his own store bought goods with in a year of use.

Annie grew up in Western Michigan surrounded by art and creativity. Annie has been creating her own miniature pieces, fitting them into fun-to-wear, whimsical art. The keystone of her inspiration is the love of color and texture. Annie exhibits in galleries and shops across the country, as well as being a published artist and teacher.

Beth Roche is a South Haven Artist with many original hand painted ornaments, cards and decorative items.

Betty says "I am local resident and began sewing at a young age. We located here in 1988 so my husband could pastor church. I owned and operated Little Blessings Daycare for 25 years. I have always made gifts and was encouraged to start selling them. Brings me great enjoyment!"

Carolyn Jeffers has hand drawn cards for all occasions and bookmarks.

Cathy Green says: "I've been a potter for over 30 years. It is my favorite things to do. I love the process as much as the outcome. Nature is reflected in all of my work. My utilitarian work is microwave, dishwasher and oven safe."

Catherine Rathke creates rtisan in eco-printing, needle felting and wool embroidery using natural materials and tannins.
