Fall Harvest Winemaker’s Charity Dinner

Featuring culinary delights artistically created by Chef Lindsay GROW Café + Bistro paired with Fenn Valley’s wonderful wines.

100% of the proceeds will go equally to the following 501 ( C )( 3 ) non-profit organizations:

Ø The South Haven Center for The Arts. Their mission is “Enriching Our Community Through the Arts”.

Ø Cow Hill Yacht Club. “Cow Hill Yacht Club is a silly name for a group of friends who banded together for one common goal… to help the less fortunate in the Saugatuck/Douglas area communities.”

The tickets will be $125.00 per person

Come and experiences a beautiful evening for charity. Featuring exquisite food paired with delicious wines selected specifically to complement the featured culinary creations. This event will be a bouquet of celebration marking an exclamation point to the end of the summer while joyfully setting the stage for the warmth of the upcoming the holiday season.

Guests are invited to arrive at 6:00PM

Cured meats, cheeses, smoked whitefish, crackers, baguettes, accoutrements

First Course

STUFFED DATES

Blue cheese, prosciutto + nectarine jam

Soup Course

TURKEY + HOMINY

Braised turkey, hominy, smoked pepper broth, heirloom radish garnish

Vegetable Course

ROASTED FALL VEGETABLE + BARLEY SALAD

Warm roasted Delicata squash + pickled grapes, barley, local honey + miso vinaigrette, red onion, herbs, greens with burrata

Entree Course

FILET MEDALLIONS

Smashed potatoes, tomato gravy, caramelized onion with fresh chèvre’

Dessert Course

PEAR + GOAT CHEESECAKE

Ice cream + maple butter
