SOUTH HAVEN, Michigan (January 25, 2010) -- The South Haven Center for the Arts, 600 Phoenix St., will enliven South Haven’s annual Ice Breaker (February 5-7) by hosting Icicles and Snowflakes, and “Ice” tacular Science Adventures for children on Feb. 6 at the Center.
Icicles and Snowflakes, with Tina Walter, comprises a variety of children’s arts and crafts with snacks from noon to 2 p.m. Children will explore the wonders of winter with their winter-related crafts in a variety of mediums.
Following Icicles and Snowflakes, children can take part in the adventures of “Ice”-tacular magic with Dr. Rick Olsen from 2:30-3:30 p.m. The science-related show for families includes marvelous, mysterious and magical fun created by the skilled Dr. Olsen.
Both events are free to the public.
